Our Patients Come First

CareRing Health provides an integrated, coordinated ring of healthcare-at-home services to deal with complex medical conditions. We are experts in managing complicated conditions, coordinating care under Medicare and Medicaid, helping our patients age in place, and assist in the unique medical and psychosocial issues facing the chronically-ill, aged, or disabled and their family members.

Our Story

The idea of CareRing Health started over ten years ago when we realized that the needs of the chronically-ill, aged, and disabled were not being met by our current healthcare system. The system is confusing and difficult to navigate especially when a person is chronically-ill and can barely get through life’s daily challenges.

At CareRing Health, we knew it was time for a change.

Our Patients

Our patients come first. We focus on creating a coordinated ring of healthcare services around them in order to improve the quality of their life. We focus on what matters most to them – their independence, their health, and their desire to stay in their own home.

At CareRing Health, we understand that the patient always comes first.

Health Plans, Health Systems &
Medical Professionals

We are the experts to call when human services are needed inside a patient’s home to manage their complex medical conditions; coordinate care under Medicare and Medicaid; and manage psycho-social issues with patients and their families.

At CareRing Health, we can manage complex situations.

Federal & State Governments

We are currently focusing our energy on America’s dually-eligible population, those with both Medicare and Medicaid coverage, to demonstrate the efficacy of our new healthcare delivery service model. Our goal is to drive legislative changes to these two programs.

At CareRing Health, we want to create an integrated benefit for the dually-eligible.

Medicare & Medicaid Spending

Medicare and Medicaid cover 135 million Americans who spend $1.2 trillion dollars annually. Of the 135 million Americans, 11 million (9%) have both Medicare and Medicaid (dually-eligible) benefits and yet consume 33% of all Federal healthcare spending. That is $450 billion dollars. Why? It is due to poor management of their chronic conditions in their homes.

At CareRing Health, we are actively improving health equity while driving down the cost of care.
