Holly Michaels Fisher

Holly Michaels Fisher is a Board Member of CareRing Health and Vice President of Managed Care at Health Management Associates.

Health Management Associates is a research and consulting firm specializing in publicly funded healthcare and human services policy, programs, financing, and evaluation. Her consulting focus encompasses managed care plans serving Medicare and Medicaid, Dual-Eligibles, Long Term Care, PACE, Special Needs Plans (SNPs), complex population health management and social determinants of health.

At Aetna, Michaels Fisher held the position of Executive Director of the National Duals Program Office, where she led the development of growth strategy and implementation of dual eligible special needs plans and other products for dual eligible markets on a national scale. Michaels Fisher served as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Senior Vice President of Medicaid and Long-Term Care at Universal American, and her tenure as Vice President of Government Programs at Emblem Health included taking on the responsibility of P&L for both state and federal government programs, including sponsored programs for the state of New York and Medicare Advantage programs.

Additionally, Michaels Fisher worked as a senior leader for UnitedHealth Group and WellCare and helped form and launch VNS CHOICE, the first and largest Medicaid-managed long-term care (MLTC) program in the state of New York.
