Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr.

Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr. is a Board Member of CareRing Health and serves as an Executive Partner of Madison Dearborn Partners since 2005. He has been on Option Care Health’s Board since 2019. He is an independent chair of the Board, chair of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Audit Committee of the Board. He currently serves on one other public company board: Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LDOS).

Harry previously served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International, Inc., a global, publicly-traded manufacturer of diagnostic and other health-care related products. He has also held the role of Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since 2005.

Mr. Kraemer brings comprehensive executive leadership experience through his more than 30 years of proven executive-level experience in the healthcare industry as well as his significant experience on other boards of directors of private and public companies.
