Mari Willis

Mari Willis is the Chief Nursing Officer of CareRing Health and is responsible for the integration of all four healthcare service lines (primary care, skilled care, personal care, hospice) within our in-home service delivery model. Mari leads all nursing operations, patient-centric healthcare services, provider relationships, regulatory compliance, and staffing.  Mari’s key role is leading the strategic development and implementation of our integrated healthcare delivery model at all levels within the company to improve the quality of life of our patients in their homes.

Mari brings over three decades of healthcare experience to her role. Before joining CareRing Health, Willis served as the Executive Director of Landmark Recovery and was a Clinical Consultant for Clin Ops Guru. While at Almost Family, Mari had various roles including RN Case Manager, Clinical Educator, Director of Nursing, Administrator, State Director, and Vice President of Operations. During her tenure, she oversaw significant growth in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), skilled nursing, and Private Duty Nursing (PDN) while helping all locations achieve accreditation.
