Ravinder Sandhu

Ravinder Sandhu is the Chief Administrative Officer of CareRing Health and is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the company.  In his role, Ravinder also leads the human resources, IT, legal, business intelligence, and marketing functions. Ravinder plays a key role in strategic planning and implementation.

Ravinder previously worked for Atria Senior Living, starting as the company’s labor and employment attorney and ultimately ascending to the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources during his eight-year tenure. Before Atria, Ravinder was a labor and employment attorney at Proskauer Rose and Seyfarth Shaw.
