Kurt Baumgartel

Kurt Baumgartel serves as Chief Executive Officer of CareRing Health, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in the post-acute care sector. He is responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth and operational performance, with a focus on delivering high-quality, home-based care for dual-eligible populations.

Prior to joining CareRing, Kurt was CEO of CORA Physical Therapy, where he led operations across more than 250 clinics in 10 states. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Home Health division at Compassus, and has held multiple COO roles across the post-acute care continuum.

A licensed physical therapist, Kurt is recognized for building high-performing, mission-driven organizations that integrate clinical excellence with strong business outcomes. Based in Nashville, he remains closely connected to CareRing’s teams and communities nationwide.
